| VMT Managed Nursing Facilities
The Vital Management Team manages two DC Government owned long term care facilities in the District of Columbia. VMT's impeccable record in this industry is primarily based on the results of its management of these two institutions. Listed below is a brief description of each facility:
Washington Center For Aging Services ( WCAS )
VMT has operated WCAS since 1989. Under VMT's management, the facility was transformed from being more than a one million dollar deficit and multiple deficiencies into a five-star facility with zero deficiencies and no long term debt. VMT has also presided over a multimillion dollar renovation project to improve the standard of quality of life of the senior residents. There are 262 beds and a geriatric day program called "Center Care". The Washington Center for Aging Services is Medicare/Medicaid certified and licensed by the District of Columbia to provide nursing care, to the residents of the District of Columbia.

JB Johnson Nursing Center ( JBJ )
Since 1995, VMT has managed JBJ. JBJ amplifies VMT's expertise in transforming a problem institution into a five-star facility. J.B. Johnson Nursing Center provides skilled and nursing care to thousands of residents in the District of Columbia. JBJ is a 244 bed Medicare/Medicaid certified facility and licensed by the District of Columbia to provide nursing care. JBJ was one of two D.C. nursing homes found to be in complete compliance with Federal and local regulations. |
